Disability Access (BCA) reporting

Our team provides detailed disability access reporting for new buildings and alterations to existing buildings to ensure compliance with relevant built environment accessibility legislation. Our expertise covers all relevant legislative instruments such as the Building Code of Australia (BCA) , Disability Discrimination Act and standards there under, including the Disability (Access to Premises – Buildings) Standards, 2010 (“The Premises Standards”) and AS1428- Design for Access and Mobility

Fire safety upgrade reporting

Our team can assist with detailed due diligence reports and building upgrade audits to compare existing buildings against the current Building Code requirements to develop fire safety (upgrading) strategies. We can liaise with the local Council to facilitate and prepare appropriate and reasonable upgrading schedules including amended fire safety schedules to support of Council issued Fire Orders
