We liaise directly with your Certifier, Contractors and Trades to provide design advice and guidance to speed up the certification process.

With Fire Engineers
We can facilitate the selection and engagement of an appropriate Fire Engineer that will suit the requirements of the project to obtain a reliable solution that complies with the requirements of the BCA.

With Consultants 
We liaise with all consultants to ensure the high-quality design documentation and certifications are provided with that address the project specifics and meet the highest industry standards.

We review

Design Certification Review  
We review and assist with the preparation of design and as-built certification templates to address the requirements of the BCA and ensure suitable ownership of the professional services provided.

BCA Advice
We provide specialist Building Code Australia reporting and advice for all stages of construction ranging from high-level plan mark-up and general advice to detailed Building Code Reporting and design review.
